Oradel

Terms of sale

These terms apply when you buy from Oradel. The seller is Oradel Global LLC, Tbilisi, Georgia, with fulfilment by Oradel Mobile Co., Ltd., Taipei, Taiwan. By placing an order you agree to them.

Who can buy

You must be at least 18 years old and order for yourself, to an address in a country we deliver to.

Orders

  • Placing an order reserves the phone and locks its price for 30 minutes while you pay.
  • Your order is confirmed once your payment is final on the blockchain.
  • If we can't fulfil a paid order — a pricing mistake, or stock that turns out to be unavailable — we tell you and refund you in full.

Prices

Prices are shown in your country's currency and include delivery, import duty and local taxes. The amount to pay in crypto is worked out when you order and fixed for the price lock.

Paying in crypto

  • We accept USDT, USDC, Bitcoin or ETH. Every order is paid in full; there are no deposits or instalments.
  • Send the exact amount shown, in the coin and on the network shown, to the address shown. Paying from an exchange? Add its withdrawal fee on top, so the full amount arrives.
  • A payment that is short, late, in another coin or on another network isn't matched automatically. We review it and either complete your order or refund it.
  • Crypto payments can't be reversed by a bank. Coins sent to the wrong address or network can't always be recovered.

Delivery

Delivery times and countries are on the shipping page. The phone is your responsibility from the moment it is delivered.

Returns, refunds and warranty

See returns & refunds and warranty. They don't affect any rights the law where you live gives you.

Liability

We are responsible for the phones we sell and for delivering them as described. We are not liable for losses we couldn't reasonably foresee, or for delays caused by events beyond our control (customs holds, strikes, natural disasters). Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn't allow us to limit.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of Georgia. If we can't settle a dispute by talking to each other, it goes to the courts of Georgia — unless the law where you live lets you use your own courts.
