Shipping & duties

Delivery is free, and the price at checkout already includes import duty and local taxes (VAT, GST) for your country. You pay nothing more when the parcel arrives.

When your order ships

  • Phones in stock are packed once your payment is confirmed on the blockchain, normally within 1 business day.
  • Pre-orders ship in waves from launch day; your order page shows your wave and its date.
  • When your order ships we email you the carrier and tracking number, and your order page follows the parcel.

Duties and taxes

Prices are delivered duty paid: we pay import duty and taxes for you. If a customs office ever asks you for a payment on one of our parcels, don't pay it — email [email protected] with your order number and we will sort it out.

Your address

  • Check the delivery address before you pay. To change it, email us before your order ships.
  • Orders to parcel-forwarding addresses are held for a manual check before they ship.
  • If a parcel can't be delivered and comes back to us, we contact you to send it again or refund it.
