Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data Oradel collects, why, and what you can do about it. Oradel is operated by Oradel Mobile Co., Ltd. (Taipei, Taiwan), which runs the shop, sourcing and fulfilment, and Oradel Global LLC (Tbilisi, Georgia), which receives payments; together they are responsible for your data.

What we collect

When you order: your name, email address, phone number and delivery address, and what you bought.
When you pay: the coin, network, amount and transaction of your payment. Payments are public on the blockchain; we never ask for keys, seed phrases or card details.
If you create an account: your name, email address and password (stored only as a one-way hash), saved addresses and wishlist.
When you email us: your messages and our replies.
When you visit: your IP address and basic request details in our server logs, for security and to stop abuse.

Why we use it

To take, deliver and support your order, including the order emails we send.
To run your account if you have one.
To keep the shop secure and prevent fraud.
To meet legal and accounting duties.

We don't sell your data, and we don't use it for advertising.

Cookies and browser storage

We use only what the shop needs to work: a cookie that keeps you signed in, and storage in your browser for your bag, wishlist, language and country. No advertising or tracking cookies, and no third-party analytics.

Who we share it with

Delivery partners and couriers — your name, phone number and address, to deliver your order.
Our hosting provider, whose servers run the shop and our email.
Cloudflare, which runs our domain's DNS and may carry traffic to the site for security and speed.
Authorities, where the law requires it.

Our order emails are sent from our own mail server, not a marketing service.

How long we keep it

Orders and payments: as long as tax and accounting rules require.
Your account: until you close it (under Profile & security in your account).
Server logs: only as long as needed to keep the shop secure.

Your rights

You can ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it, have it deleted or get a copy of it, and object to how we use it. Email [email protected] and we answer within 30 days. You can also complain to the data-protection authority where you live.

Children

The shop is for adults. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version appears here with its date.
